Great hotel, it’s prefect love the way it is designed. Works well with disabled people, obviously I didn’t get the disabled room but I asked to be on the main floor due to no elevator. The room itself has a great concept and it’s great when you have children where you can put them in the bedroom and gives you still the space to be able to watch tv or relax. The room are huge and fits a wheelchair well to get around even when you don’t have the disabled room. I was there when they were renovating and it still was a good hotel. I went again this week and it is so nice and the complementary breakfast is good. I use these hotels because I have back to back appointments for the hospital and it’s genuinely priced for what you get. Definitely will be coming back.

I had a good stay although the room I got had something making noise- maybe the AC or something, so that made sleeping hard. Also, didn’t like the breakfast at all, I’ve had better at different hotels. But overall a good hotel, good location. They should consider putting soap holders in the showers, and maybe provide shower gel as well for guests.

The room was great very clean!!! The breakfast was amazing thank you so much. The fruit that they had to put on the waffles was amazing. Everything else breakfast wise was very good also but the fruit was amazing and the waffles were good.  The furnace motor was noisy, but the heat and the air conditioning was fine There was no ice machine on the first floor had to go up to the second floor all the way down to the other end of the building that was very disappointing. I really like my cold water and ice.

The hotel room was recently renovated, and the size was quite comfortable for a family with a child. Breakfast was included in the price, making it a great value. The only downside was that my room faced the street, so it wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped, even though the front desk mentioned that the street is usually quiet at night.

Doing Business 永安 in London, and the hotel location is OK. I could access to the places I needed to go by car. Staff here were friendly and very accommodating. The room was newly renovated and clean with comfy beds. I was satisfied to stay here.
