純粹被外觀騙了，和上世紀羅馬尼亞的古堡一樣老舊

Es un hotel con ubicación excelente y con una arquitectura hermosa, sin embargo requieren mejorar algunos aspectos , los cuartos requieren cambio de alfombras, cambiar muebles de baño y mejorar las toallas. Las instalaciones están un poco antiguas y le falta remodelación en mí opinión, así como también es muy ruidoso con vista a Reforma, ya que las ventanas al parecer no tienen esa goma especial para aislar el ruido bien, eso y el ruido del aire fueron un tema que no me gustó.

Con respecto al hotel y todo lo que implica excelente, solo con la experiencia en 永安 pésima y dudo volver a utilizar esta aplicación, por el motivo que no me respetaron su política de igualarme el precio ya que en otra plataforma encontré mucho más Barato el mismo paquete.

El lugar es una joya arquitectonica, lastima que te ofrezcan un desayuno tam minimo y desperdician todo lo que rienen del bufet, ademas con actitud. Este lugar se merwce mucha mejor calidad ejnel Sevicio. Una sonrisa lo cambia todo.

El hotel está precioso. A pesar de los años, se ha mantenido muy bien. El servicio también fue de lo mejor, el equipo de botones y Concierge 10000/10 Definitivamente volveré

Buena ubicación, buen hotel.  El restaurante tiene buena comida y buen servicio.  Solo es un poco viejo el hotel pero aún en buenas condiciones.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were booked into a junior suite that was old and dark. The furniture must be 40 years old. The bed was simple are large rock hard slab the pillows small and lumpy. The shower, bath and vanity all leak constantly, every lampshade was damaged and torn, the toilet seat was broken and the chair had small nails exposed where the fabric had warn away. No bath mat and the 2 small old very stiff towels. We booked this hotel as it had a gym but apparently the gym is closed and the hotel sees no reason to advise potential guests of this fact. At breakfast we were refused cups of hot water to add our own teabags to and we were then advised we would have to pay extra for the small bit of milk for our tea and we could not sit in the dining room and drink our tea. We were then provided takeaway cups with room temperature water. We paid extra for breakfast but were advised that we could not have the buffet breakfast we could only have a premade ham and cheese sandwich and a small plate of thinly sliced fruit that looked like leftovers. The staff were rude, aggressive and had no interest in guest relations. After 2 horrible nights we are thankful to be checking out.

I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style.
