Numa | 哈倫公寓 (Numa Oslo Hallen)

酒店可步行至奧斯陸周邊的主要景點，酒店空間寬敞，有煮食餐具及設施，有洗衣機，雖然入住遇到困難，但客服很快便能協助處理。

Highly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors. However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

離奧斯陸中心火車站不遠，步行10分鐘，公寓設施齊全，適合短期居住，在附近合作餐廳的早餐也還可以。注意公寓是無前台，要Numa app上提前在線check in, 及離店在線check out。總體感覺不錯。

The all staff are so nice and the responses of email was so fast. Also, room was well cleaned and fashionable, and all facilities worked well. Additionally, there were stock room in the apparentment so i could restock when i was out of kitchen paper or some other staffs. There were also water in the room when i entered the room. In the batheoom, there was a floor heating which was good for me. The location was near the City Station so easy to go everywhere and there was a bus stop next to the building entrance door. It's might be diffict to find the hotel at first time but the hotel is on the second floor:) I wanna stay at this hotel surely when i visit Oslo next time.

They didn’t told me how to check in, didn’t send any information about it to me in advance, they should have done so. we arrived in the hotel in the midnight, I spent more than two hours to get the information for check in, this made me very inconvenient.

房間在市中心來説算大的 設備全 微波爐和洗衣機用的很多。 唯一問題就是床邊就是小輕軌 有點吵 房間給配了耳塞

Лучшие апартаменты, которые я видела. Есть все, что нужно для готовки, стирки. Даже масло и капсулы. Кофемашина. Идеальное расположение, все близко.

去到酒店門口才知道要預先online check in，要用whatsapp跟客務機械人溝通。房間裡面沒有冷氣，可以開窗，但很多蚊子及蒼蠅，對面也有工程，十分嘈吵。

房間寬敞，設施齊全，離中央車站就步行幾分鐘，周圍步行街，超市也很方便。蒙克美術館，遊船碼頭也都是走路距離。 中國遊客要提前發郵件聯繫確認入住方式，因為無法用what's up

Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like 永安, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and 永安 advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.
