the hotel was very nice, clean and the service from the reception staff was brilliant. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. The only issue we had was the service in the restaurant at the hotel was not the best and we were told we had to wait over 2 hours for a table despite being told we didn't need to book as we were staying, and there were empty tables that never got filled.

The hotel is very good, clean and green. I will surely visit Oslo again because of the hotel. Their customer service is very good and their breakfast buffet is the best. I and my woman really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. 5 stars is what I can give in all ramifications.

因為是出差，於是訂了客戶附近的酒店.這裡有室內滑雪場，安靜又很乾凈，早餐也好吃，三樓有洗衣機，非常不錯的選擇

Wonderful and fantastic hotel. I stayed uppermost all inclusive hotels in Turkey many times and I wittnessed such a good breakfast rarely. Celebrating them for such a good job. They also helped us and my children to see the ski resort and I think I will visit this facility for only ski next time. One thing I can criticize is the lack of the guidance for reaching to the hotel form Lorenskog train station because the ramps are very tiring for people with luggages. Fortunately a Norwegian citizen got our condition and directed us to the back of the hotel and saved us from going ramping up. Also there is no public transport from Lorenskog train station to such a good hotel. I hope they consider my opinions and take care about that.

The hotel was of a very good standard, family room was good but overlooked the roof of the indoor skiing centre which is right next to the hotel. The breakfast was the best and lots of variety. The parking however is paid and in the basement of the ski centre with access to the hotel from within but a few minutes away.
