房間乾淨，服務熱情，沒有停車場，附近停車場充足，24小時24加幣，酒店位置就在市中心，所有景點步行即可到達。

地理位置非常不錯，離主要打卡景點很近走路都不遠！洗漱用品不錯！

Where to begin... first of all, when I made this booking, there was no mention whatsoever of HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION beginning every day at 7 a.m. Naturally upon checking in, I'm informed that there is intense construction happening right next door. And yes, it was brutal. I also SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because there was an option to reserve now, pay at the hotel. Here are some direct quotes from my booking confirmation email: "You'll need to pay upon check-in at Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt," "Your payment will be handled by Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt," and "Pay at Hotel." Sure enough, I get there, and the money's already been taken out of my credit card and I owe nothing to the hotel upon check-in. (This matters for reimbursement purposes at the company I work for.) Lastly, I was told when I checked in that housekeeping would be visiting every third day -- that was fine by me. But the very first day, I come back to my room after a long day and someone's been there, replacing towels, removing the minimal garbage in there, etc., which I was not at all prepared for given that I was advised the opposite. It made me extremely uncomfortable because all of my personal effects were left throughout the room, not expecting housekeeping given that I was advised no housekeeping would be coming until the third day. I'll be honest, that creeped me out as someone travelling alone. The staff were apologetic but I didn't find their explanation at all sufficient. (The housekeeping manager and front desk attendant completely contradicted each other.) Overall, such a chaotic stay. Oh, and, the heat in my room didn't work. Had to request a space heater... I mean, c'mon.

房間乾淨，就在拜沃德巿場旁邊，吃飯很方便。

入住的時候，陽光正好，第二印象很好！兩張1.5米的床，更舒服一點 第一印象是checkin，雖然跟網站上寫的，有地下車庫不符，但接待小哥的溝通，真是很棒：1，升級客房；2，mini吧免費不限量；3，送樓頂酒吧一杯酒；4，暫時車可以停在門口，搬好行李，再送去推薦的附近的停車場，或者45刀valet；5，大堂有張不錯的畫 美中不足的是，施工有噪音，晚上八點後才結束。

This is our second time staying here and the experience was really diminished. The worst part of our stay was the intense construction happening adjacent to the hotel. Massive jackhammer sounds started at 9AM on Saturday which were echoing through the entire hotel (apparently it starts at 7AM on weekdays!). ONE pair of ear plugs was provided for us. Luckily we had not intended on sleeping in because this would have been impossible. (This was not disclosed during the booking process!) The check in was less enjoyable than last time, they used to serve a complimentary beverage upon check in and offer a variety of complimentary (and for purchase) snacks and beverages in the room.  Now, no drink upon check in and a sad meagre display in the room. Finally, there had been some type of criminal incident when we arrived, the police were in the lobby collecting statements.  I would not book here again.

衞生：差！第一間房間洗手間表面有脱落。床上用品未清潔 服務：較好。在反饋完情況之後立刻幫我換了房間。

We stayed one night right in the heart of the Byword Market in Ottawa and really loved it. My only complaint is the cost of parking- $35/night. A little steep. But it seems parking in Ottawa is costly. Other than that, I really enjoyed how great the room was. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

地理位置很好 在市中心 房間很新 景色好 缺點是電梯很慢 需要排隊 衞生間裏的洗手枱容易濺水出來 洗臉洗完地板上全是水 而且前台職員感覺有點看人下菜 看我們是asian就不介紹酒店早餐時間和停車收費標準 還要我自己主動詢問 態度有點尬啊

設施：整體設還很不錯 有健身房以及會議室 風景都還可以 但是樓上的餐廳不建議去 整體的服務還可以，就是叫醒服務，有的時候不準時
