I had a great experience at Villette Hôtel thanks to Mourad at reception. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made sure my stay went smoothly. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Mourad, for making my visit so pleasant!

Personnel très accueillant et aimable. On entend clairement les portes des autres chambres se fermer. Propreté parfaite. Literie confortable. Pas de prises a côté du lit, le standard peut fournir une rallonge si besoin.
