芭東灣山度假村 (Patong Bay Hill Resort)

已多次入住，論方便就是離市中心有點遠，一定要坐車，但酒店有免費提供穿梭巴士來往，私隱度高，有廚房但如要用的話要另外收費，我們自己帶了一個電鍋煮食，服務好，泳池美，但希望酒店定期維修，見到有些設施已損壞，例如泳池的磚及洗手間的門。

房間味道很重的印度人味道……又醜又有香水味，關鍵是我在睡覺，保潔不敲門直接刷卡開門，我嚇的大叫一聲才退出去

性價比偏低，我們訂的這個價格可以在巴東附近找到更好的，這裏的交通極不便利，到酒店還要有擺渡車，擺渡車的接應時間非常慢，有時候都要等半個小時以上，預算時間還得提前半個小時，否則高峯期會非常趕，這個價格後悔還一下子連續定了4晚 房間內部設施，除了海景小套房還可以，其他的有點像員工宿舍，設施老舊，內部連雙拖鞋都沒有提供

Very nice staff, well-equipped hotel, free transportation, everything is available, but on some rooms, there is a lack of cleanliness, I had to change my first room because it was not clean. I added money to have a room with access to the pool, because I think they do too much cleaning to these rooms. Pool lack of tiles 5 stars just in Phuket, not elsewhere

房間很大，我共租了三間房，酒店很好安排三連房給我們，有免費停車場，再轉酒店接駁車上山上的房間，可惜酒店上山的接駁車要等太久，有一次要出門時，叫了兩次，等了25分鐘還未有接駁車，之後使直接開自己的車上山到房間樓下有少許位置泊車，方便很多，另外原來所有人都可以到你房前的泳池範圍，出入時記得要鎖好門，還有泳池經常有職員清理樹葉，但池邊很多磚都掉了，建議酒店維修一下會更好，整體而言景觀很美，到市區亦很方便。

We had a truly wonderful stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff’s hospitality exceeded our expectations – always warm, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, spacious, and the private jacuzzi added a perfect romantic touch for couples like us. We genuinely loved everything about this hotel. No complaints at all – just beautiful memories.

Terrible hotel. Terrible customer service. Staff are chaotic, and make you run around for them. Very inefficient processes. The shuttle will make you wait up to 20 minutes despite constantly calling. I never write reviews but this experience was dreadful. Please avoid if you want to have a good holiday. There’s so much more I want to write but let me leave it at the photo of the pool and it’s chlorine you get covered in while swimming

交通不便，自駕不能到房間，要call酒店接送。大床角突出及破損，很易撞到，家人腳部受傷。早餐差勁👎，無嘢好食。房間提供甚少紙巾、沐浴及洗頭水，要自費購買。酒店冇乜設施，除泳池外冇其他康樂設備。
