They are horrible. I made a booking and payment was already done. But they claimed booking has not been confirmed and made wait at the lovby for 8 hours. What a horrible experience

I already booked at that day but when i arrived at the hotel they have no room and the staff told me like he dont know about 永安. There's no way about their service and communication 🤯🤯🤯

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

5泊しました。部屋も設備も一見綺麗で良いかと思いましたがソフトが全然ダメです。 ○二人宿泊なのにバスローブやタオルなどが一人分しかセットしてありませんでした ○フロントに言うとしばらくして持ってきましたが、フェイスタオルも足らないし3回くらいルームサービスが往復した ○翌日、外出する時にフロントに掃除と服の洗濯を頼み數時間後部屋に戻ると何もしてなかった ○8月末に泊まりましだがウランバートルは晝と夜の気温差が激しく寒かったので暖房を入れたのに全く暖かくならず、クレーム入れるとこの時期は暖房が入らないと言われた ○お湯がぬるすぎる ○フロントの男性スタッフが電話でクレームを入れてる話の途中で電話を切られた などなど 見てくれだけのホテルでホテルサービスは日本のビジネスホテル以下ですので注意してください。
