酒店的地面停車場位置有限,酒店和温泉客人共用,真正住酒店的客人還要搶車位!問前台服務員,他們的沒辦法要麼搶車位,要麼花十塊錢停在地下停車場!這合理嗎？大老遠來到這度假還要搶車位？酒店客人為什麼要付你停車場十塊錢啊？停車問題真的讓人下頭!下次再也不來了,你們酒店的服務真的不配這個價格!

體驗了一把澳洲温泉，住店客人沒優惠，但地理位置優越，白天大洋路，晚上泡温泉，感覺很好。酒店有兩個停車場，公寓那邊需要注意躲開住戶停車位。

Poor Service and Lack of Attention to Guest Requests I made a specific request for a soft mattress at the time of booking due to a lower back injury. Unfortunately, I received no response or acknowledgment. I followed up with another request before my arrival—again, no reply. Upon checking in, I was told by the receptionist, "We don't have such option!" If I had known my request would be ignored, I would have chosen a different accommodation more suited to my needs. Additionally, when I called to ask for some tea bags, the receptionist responded with a blunt "Okay" and immediately hung up. There was no courtesy, no follow-up, and no sense of customer care. This lack of attention and professionalism was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope steps are taken to improve communication with guests and to train staff in basic customer service skills.

他家的温泉在當地很有名，位置比較清凈，但周圍好吃的挺多的。有免費的停車場，如果想更方便一點的話也有收費停車場，房間的話很乾凈，就是床小點

Our stay was disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. both my partner and I experienced back pain that lasted for several days after. The breakfast was very average considering the cost of $25 per day, and definitely not worth the price. Additionally, the TV in the room was a “smart TV,” but it was not connected to the internet. We asked reception for assistance to connect it so we could watch Netflix or YouTube, but were told it was “as it is” and that connection was not possible. Upon checking, we found that the network access had been deliberately blocked, which was quite frustrating. Overall, not a pleasant experience, especially given the price point.

Had a great stay at Deep Blue Hot Springs. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The breakfast was just a really basic spread. Nothing fancy. Better off spending the money elsewhere, like at a cafe in Warrnambool. The hot springs were great! Really recommend it to anyone staying here 👍🏻
