Carol is a wonderful hostess, kind, welcoming, friendly. She speaks excellent English. She helped me with tickets and advised what routes to take and how to better pass them in the park. The place is very clean, light, with a very nice design. In their restaurant they serve delicious homemade food! This hotel has everything you need to come back after exploring the park and get all the pleasure relaxing there. As for me, I was writing my book there, and the whole peaceful atmosphere of the place and people there inspired me a lot. Many thanks to all and everyone! Wish you success and flourishing! A simple authentic family run place in real China. Carol and her family are so kind you get village life with all the perks of tourist assistance. Perfect for the Zhangjiajie Park and surrounding local life. Home cooked food from Carol and her mum and all really inexpensive. Thank you. An authentic China experience.
