推薦大家從西門進去，不用擔心預約不到入園時間，而且按照老闆推薦的路線可以避開人流高峯，老闆給我們規劃了兩天的路線，兩天整個景區都轉了個遍，全程沒排隊

Carol our host was just amazing, she helped us so so much with planning and booking everything. The room has everything it needs and the inn is just next to the national park's entrance. She can organize a driver for you to every place. For the national park the location is really amazing, for day 永安s you often have to go through Zhangjiajie which was fine for us. There's also vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner which tasted amazing. Would totally recommend this hotel!

It was a very pleasant stay in the One Step to Heaven Inn. Very hospitable host helped us a lot with booking tickets and drivers, advised on best tours and sightseeing. Very kind and nice person. We felt safe and comfortable, homemade food was very delicious. And especially we like watermellons. Thanks to Carol for such a warm stay! We recommend this hotel if you are you are looking for the best location and quiet atmosphere.

傢俱舊，家電沒有牌子電視好像不能用，衞生間熱水可以，馬桶是蹲的小的。早餐15元一個人還好，晚餐就沒吃上啥隨便一個菜38元。

Nos alojamos en este maravilloso hotel y la experiencia fue increíble. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la familia que regenta el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Carol, además de ser una excelente anfitriona, fue nuestra guía espiritual durante nuestra visita al Parque Nacional. Su amabilidad y atención al detalle hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, muy cerca de la entrada del parque, lo que nos facilitó el acceso a las principales atracciones. Estoy deseando volver y, sin duda, repetiría esta maravillosa experiencia. ¡Gracias por todo! We stayed at this wonderful hotel and the experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the family running the place made us feel at home. Carol, in addition to being a fantastic host, was also our spiritual guide during our visit to National Park. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short distance from the West Gate entrance to the park, making it easy to access the main attractions. One step to heaven keeps its promise: it' a five minute walk from the entrance to the westgate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, very close to the Village Zhonghu and managed by the best hostess we met in China. Carol made our stay extraordinary and comfortable. She recommended great tours and helped us to book tickets. The offers a small restaurant with local family made dishes, which are amazing. We especially enjoyed the Zhangjiajie Hotpot and the eggplant with beans dish!! As there are no public buses going to the hotel, Carol organized a driver to pick us up in Zhangjiajie late in the evening and also organized our way back to the station a fee days later. Thanks to Carol's English, its very easy to communicate. We loved every minute of our stay at the one step to heaven inn: from the accomadation, the distance to the National Park and especially the atmosphere at the one step to heaven inn thanks to Carol and her family.

Very well located (walking distance from the west gate of the park), prices are very reasonable. Carol speaks perfect English, is very reactive, took care of the ticket reservation, and proposed an itinerary in the park which allowed me to see everything and avoid the flow of the crowd.
