At first I thought it was good(room 535).I met some old friends, 1 of my friends needed to go to toilet, so I brought her to my room. Unfortunately, she was locked inside the bathroom cause the sliding bathroom door was broken.The fixing took very long time, so I asked the hotel to get me other room. I moved to 735. Unfortunately there was lizard in the bathroom. I Asked them to get other room, but they said there are only 1 room on 2nd floor available. I said, I'll put 1 star. When I came back from dinner, they said there's 1 room #734 cancelled by customer It was 22.30 at night. Room was ok but, floor was so dusty it smelled like it's not used for a long time. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

Lovely stay at Samara.. room was very comfortable and impeccably clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable with a pleasant view. All of the service staff were kind, professional and noticeably the property is very well maintained. The Edelweiss Sky lounge provides some exceptional views over the city and surrounding mountains as well as a very affordable menu to enjoy. Breakfast buffet is extensive, just could have been a bit warmer for the cooked food range. Overall a highly recommended city hotel in Batu!

First time visited batu from Australia, we decided to stay at Samara for three weeks and we loved it. The hotel is beautiful, feel fresh, comfortable and clean, good facilities for family with children. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff are fabulous, friendly, helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure. Special thank you to Mr. Arief Purnomo for keeping the hotel and staff perform wonderfully. Mr. Danang chef... We love your cooking... It was so yummy even my picky eater son ended up clean up his plate. all f&b staff thank you for the birthday surprise for Oliver.. You all made his day. FO, house keeping, security staff.. You all are awesome, keep up the good work. And the last but not least, Thank you for the gifts you gave us, we really appreciate it. See you next year Samara

Tempatnya strategis, benar-benar pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan, pelayanan ramah, dan staff sangat membantu. Kamar bersih, makanannya juga enak, cafe di lantai paling atas juga sangat bagus, pemandangannya indah, sayangnya kami tidak sempat memfotonya. Ada playground untuk anak-anak serta kolam renang. Sangat cocok untuk tempat menginap keluarga.

Pertama kali nginap disini, overall semuanya bagus dan menyenangkan hanya masalah air shower yg kurang kencang dan air panasnya yg perlu diperhatikan karena ga stabil banget serta ada suara dengung yg berisik ketika shower dinyalakan bahkan kedengeran sampe kamar Semoga segera diperbaiki
