五元素酒店 (The 5 Elements Hotel Chinatown Kuala Lumpur)

酒店的按金居然衹收現金，而不是普遍採用的信用卡預授權。房間地毯有污漬，衞生間衹提供浴巾，難道去衞生間清洗衹有淋浴一種形式嗎？房間燈光照明需改善，空調降温效率不行，傢俱陳舊急需更新，軟墊型坐椅，已經塌陷。早餐簡單但可以接受。想在茨廠街附近吃吃喝喝，這個地點很方便。

這次旅遊跟酒店有點不愉快，但是TRIP.COM很負責的幫忙處理，總體還是滿意的。酒店地理位置很方便，靠近茨廠街，不遠的地方有夜市。就是設施一般般，畢竟也是3星級酒店，不能有太高期望，價錢也很實惠，還是物有所值的。

早餐可以多樣化，提供牙刷等，大致上是肯定的

호텔 위치는 차이나타운이라 먹거리좋고 밤에 시끄러운것도 없어요 단점은 조식이 먹을게 없어요 근처에 미슐랭 가게가 몇군데 있어서 좋았어요

酒店前台服務很好，很樂於幫客解決査詢。地點適中，附近美食多及好旺，大部份觀光點在附近。交通往其他地點很方便。

Delicious breakfast but the carpark fee is high.Rm 6 an hour...

The location is great for those who like street food and pasar malam. Just a walking distance to the famous petaling street. There is basement parking but only limited lots available. It's not free, even u are staying in the hotel. U need to verify Ur car number at the registration counter when u check out and u will be charged RM10 for 24hr parking. If u never verify Ur car number, u will be charged rm6 per hour. Was given 2 interconnecting rooms as I book for 3 pax. The service staff attitude at the counter can be improved. When we went out in the morning on the 2nd day, we placed the "Do Not Disturb" card outside our door handle. When we went back in the evening and wanted to get extra shampoo from the registration counter, we were told as long as u put the card on the handle they will not provide the shampoo n body wash, and it was said in a very rude attitude. we do not want the housekeeping bcos we have many stuff in the room and do not want any misunderstanding if anything went missing. As for the room, the socket cannot be found beside the bed. U will have to place Ur phone at the table across the bed. And lastly, pls improve on Ur WiFi, when log in, the network shows "insecure".

雙床房的房間相當寬敞，從房間窗可以欣賞到中國城的景色，相當不錯！住宿提供的早餐相對比較簡單，沒有太多選項。

Good thats why we extended one more night room is clean but the minus part is no slipper in the room, toothbrush and paste need to pay extra request from reception

性價比高,酒店位置在唐人街,交通方便,出入就是商店。房價包早餐,餐早有粥、腸仔、煎蛋、多士等。
